My personal health journey began as a young teen with anxiety, followed by years of gut health, weight management and hormone issues. I worked in high stress environments which also took their toll on my physical and mental health and after many years I felt really dismayed with constantly feeling fatigued and never getting any real answers from medical doctors, this prompted me to undertake my own research and I gained a new appreciation for nutrition, exercise and healthy living. As I further developed a deeper understanding of Holistic Medicine I became a passionate advocate of natural therapies and this ultimately encouraged me to seek academic study through Endeavour College of Natural Health where I completed a Bachelor of Health Sciences in Nutritional Medicine. Today I continue to strive to further my knowledge and professional education as I treat patients clinically. I opened my first holistic heath clinic on the Gold Coast in Australia, I then expanded my health crusade into South East Asia, and now I am very happily based in my home country of New Zealand. To complement my clinical practice I have also obtained an Adv. Cert in Massage Therapy and I am currently completing studies in Neuropsychology, Medical Cannabis, and Reiki which greatly supports my belief in treating the MIND, BODY & SPIRIT.
